Terms of use

Draft for review - not legal advice. These terms have not been approved yet. Text in [square brackets] must be filled in before AdOps is used by anyone other than its developers.

Draft of 23 October 2026.

About these terms

AdOps is an internal tool run by [agency legal name] ("we", "us") at adops.dawid.digital. These terms apply whenever you use AdOps, through its website or through an AI assistant connected to it. They sit alongside your contract with us and our other policies. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

Who may use AdOps

What AdOps does

AdOps gives your AI assistant read-only access to the Google Ads accounts your own Google account can already see, a shared set of notes for each account, and a log of everything done through it. It cannot change anything in Google Ads.

Using AdOps properly

Check before you act

AI assistants can misread data or make mistakes. Check important figures in Google Ads before you make decisions or share them with a client. You're responsible for what you do with the results.

Activity is logged

Every sign-in, request, Google Ads query, note change and admin action is recorded, as described in the privacy policy. Admins review these records to keep AdOps and client data safe.

Limits and availability

Other terms that apply

Google's terms for Google Ads and its APIs still apply to the accounts you access, and your AI assistant's own terms apply to your use of that assistant.

No warranty

AdOps is an internal tool provided "as is", without any promise that it is free of errors. [To be completed with the agency's adviser: limits of liability and governing law.]

Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will tell staff about significant changes. Questions go to an AdOps admin or [contact email].
